Includes entire boiler system, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, doors, fixtures, etc. Everything is included with the following exceptions and conditions.
Exceptions / Conditions (Summary)
High bidder shall indeminfy both Biddergy LLC and Muskegon Heights Public Schools.
High bidder shall provide an acceptable liablity insurance certificate naming both Biddergy LLC and Muskegon Heights Public Schools as additional insured.
High bidder shall provide a work plan and safety plan for dismantlement.
Safety plan and work plan shall address asbestos and/or lead paint removal per MIOSHA and OSHA standards.
Structural integrity of the building envelope must remain, meaning load bearing walls are not to be altered during dismantlement. Building envelope should remain intact to uphold snow loads, wind loads, etc.
High bidder will be required to attend a post bid interview prior to work being started.
High bid is subject to Muskegon Heights Public School approval.

All items listed in this auction are located for inspection at the following address and on the following dates / times ONLY:
All bids are considered legal binding contracts and are subject to Biddergy's terms and conditions as well as privacy policy. All items listed for auction are to be sold "as is, where as". All items are sold without warranty of any kind, neither express nor implied, all sales are final no matter of listed description. Biddergy allows 7 days for marine items purchased in "running condition" to be inspected by a "certified marine technician".
Auction dates and times are approximate and Biddergy reserves the right to alter times and dates at its discretion. Times are listed as Eastern Standard Time. All auctions are programmed to extend 5 minutes if last minute bids are placed. If no other bids are placed within 5 minutes, auction will end.
Successful high bidders are to make payment and remove items only on the dates / times specified below. Biddergy accepts cash, check, and credit cards. Successful high bidders are responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply.
Buyer's premium is 13% on this particular auction. If payment is made by cash or check, 3% will be waived making the buyer's premium 10%.
Biddergy is required by the State of Michigan to broker all titled items sold. A $90.00 broker fee will be charged for all vehicles which we need to broker. In addition a $15.00 fee for title transfer will be charged. Non-Michigan Residents will pay according to their state rules for titled vehicles. Buyers will need to sign the appropriate paperwork required by the state for title transfers. It will take approximately 10 business days to receive your title from the Secretary of State.
