Removal: Winning bidders are responsible for all aspects of removal and transportation, ensuring no property damage occurs. Any hardwired electrical connection, plumbing, or gas connection, must have utilities capped. No tools or lifting capabilities will be available off-site. 

*Inspection available on Tuesday May 5th from 10am to 4:00pm

*Pick up available on Thursday May 7th and Friday May 8th from 10am to 4pm
