Sales Tax & Title Items
All bidders will be subject to 6% State of Michigan Sales tax. If you are tax exempt, please be prepared to provide our office with the proper documentation upon making payment. Biddergy is required by the State of Michigan to broker all titled items sold. A $120.00 broker fee will be charged for all vehicles which we need to broker. In addition a $15.00 fee for title transfer will be charged. We can also apply for license plates / registration if you so choose.
Non-Michigan Residents will pay sales tax when registering the vehicle in their state. No broker or title fee will be charged for Non-Michigan Residents for this particular auction.
Auctions
